Le Bellissimo is under the ownership of Chef Christophe Jardillier and is managed by his wife, Patricia Jardillier.

Chef Christophe Jardillier demonstrates this motto with his beautiful culinary presentations. Christophe studied the culinary arts for five years in Vichy, France and trained with three-star chefs in the finest restaurants to perfect and offer the best in the innovative tastes of the French Riviera. He also offers the fine and scrumptious French sauces. He is supported by an experienced staff.
Patricia Jardillier oversees the overall operation of the restaurant and courteous, professional staff, ensuring each patron receives the best dining experience.

Our Chef Christophe Jardillier with his extensive culinary experience from the wonderful region of Southern Europe is presenting you with some of the finest dishes according to original recipes. The secret to an authentic French cuisine
is that every dish is prepared to order and receives individual love and care. Chef Christophe is using only the finest meats available, thus our steaks are of U.S.D.A Prime and Black Angus.
According to old tradition every cut of meat is prepared in a sauté pan á la minute' (to order) and the sauce is drawn from the flovors residing in the pan. You will find this palette pleasing way of preparation a true culinary delight. It is somewhat difficult to accommodate some of our patron's request to have the sauce served aside since the cut of meat is finished in th sauce to give the meal it's unmistakable signature and character. We gratefully appreciate you consideration for this particular request.

Champagne Room - A private, romantic room that is perfect for dinner and wine tasting. We will be more than happy to accommodate up to 6 guests for a truly exceptional dining experience.
Bordeaux Room - A large banquet room beautifully decorated with oil paintings and wall murals. We can accommodate up to 35 guests for your special occasion, whether it be a birthday, anniversary party, or business meeting.
Cognac Room - This room was specially designed and decorated by our owners to offer the utmost in privacy and luxury. This room offers a spectacular dining arrangement for dinner, and luxurious sofas to enjoy your after dinner drinks and the company of your guests. Maximum capacity for the Cognac room is 8 guests, please.
